            A  scholar once said "Periods are normal and natural, and the human species will not be here if period did not exist". On this that the women commissioner of St Vincent college of education Yendi introduced  *PADS DISTRIBUTION PROJECT* to support girls with sanitary pads. The office have this passion for the ladies but since there is a local saying that one finger can not pick up a stone from the ground without the support of the others, the office is appealing for fund from the general public to support this project.
